There's a particular atmosphere that settles in once the last guests have driven off and the site slowly quietens down after another busy season. It's in these quiet days that we truly notice just how much Storebælt Camping season 2026 has offered – and how many good moments have been created here by the water.
New flavours at the campsite
The biggest change this year has undoubtedly been Restaurant Laguna moving in with us. It's been a pleasure to watch how quickly the restaurant became a regular part of our guests' everyday life – the tables have been full day after day, and the newly opened ice cream stand has drawn in both campers and locals on warm afternoons.
Celebrations, community and change
The calendar has once again been full of club gatherings and sports events, just as in previous seasons. Meanwhile, the Event Hall has set the scene for several weddings, family celebrations and corporate events – each with its own character, but all sharing the same view over the Great Belt as a constant backdrop.
Just outside our own grounds, something significant has also been happening: Sund & Bælt and a number of contractors have begun restoring the harbour basin. It will be exciting to follow how the area develops in the time ahead.
The small moments that stay with us
Behind all the facts and facilities, it's still the people who make a season good. A morning greeting at the shop. A cool ice cream from Laguna on a sunny afternoon. Laughter from the neighbouring tent. These are the moments no calendar captures, yet they're the ones we remember best.

See you again – all year round
Even though summer is now coming to an end, that doesn't mean Storebælt Camping is closing down. Our cabins can be rented all year round, and many guests choose autumn and winter for their stay – for the views, the calm, and the chance to experience the site at a completely different pace than in peak season.

We hope you take sunshine and good memories home with you, and we're already looking forward to seeing you again – whether that's in a cabin this winter, or when the site truly comes back to life in spring.
